Everyone learns and works differently, and I understand that! Sessions are structured and paced per the needs of my clients in minimally 1-hour increments. You provide me with your goal and your intended message – and I’ll guide you through every stage of the writing process. It’s a collaborative journey!

In addition to having two degrees from public Ivy League universities, I have a passion for both writing and teaching – and have years of experience doing both in academic and professional settings. I also was homeschooled for most of my academic career so I understand how critical it is to nurture a tailored, supportive environment for minds to hatch their own creativity! Finally, I have a full-time job outside my tutoring work and have a mission to inkubate creativity among writers and great minds all around the world. I will ALWAYS ensure your own learning and success.

The free initial consultation session is a casual phone call for us to discuss expectations, your needs, communication preferences, project scope, and any other relevant details. After this phone call, both parties are free to move forward to the contract stage or say goodbye, if it’s not a good fit.

I absolutely understand the need to ensure we are both properly protected; for this reason, I work up a drafted contract following our consultation chat – if we both decide to move forward. Details regarding rates, cancellation policies, communication preferences, etc., are written into the contract. At any point during our time together, either party can decide to discontinue services and cancel the contract. With the exception of built-in spellchecking plugins/software (like Microsoft Word, Grammarly, or Google Docs), I refrain from using generative AI, as you can easily use ChatGPT or Gemini yourself for free, and that is NOT what you are paying me to use! I am a strong advocate for integrity and helping you become a better writer. If you would like tips on using Generative AI bots for writing in the future, however, we can chat about this during sessions, but I highly advise to keep this out of academic writing assignments unless your school policies explicitly say otherwise. Besides… it’s more fun to use your human mind and shout out your story with your own voice!
